These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TogetherCare platform. By booking care through TogetherCare you agree to these terms.
TogetherCare connects families with independent, verified caregivers. We are a marketplace and are not a party to the care relationship itself. Caregivers are responsible for the care they provide; families are responsible for accurately describing their needs.
Verification levels are shown honestly and are never a blanket guarantee. "Admin-reviewed" and "third-party background-checked" are distinct and are labeled as such throughout the product.
